By placing an order with Cut Price Gadgets you agree to these terms.

Cut Price Gadgets is a registered business name of CommsPartner Pty Ltd ATF Rawlins Family Trust (ABN 25 598 675 986), Victoria, Australia.

PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the item received.

PRICES

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

ORDERS

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

YOUR INFORMATION

To fulfil your order we pass only the information necessary for delivery to our suppliers and fulfilment partners, including your name, delivery address and phone number. Some of these partners are located outside Australia, including in China. DELIVERY AND SUPPLIERS

Products on this site are supplied and shipped by a number of fulfilment partners, both in Australia and overseas. An order containing items from more than one partner may arrive in separate parcels, at separate times, each with its own tracking number. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
