Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

 

Most orders ship from Australian fulfilment centres, with standard delivery taking 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch. A small number of items are supplied by our overseas partners and may take longer to arrive. Where that applies, the delivery estimate is shown on the product page before you buy.

 

Standard shipping rate: $9.95 AUD per supplier group. Most orders carry a single $9.95 charge. An order containing items from more than one of our fulfilment partners may carry a separate shipping charge for each, and will arrive in separate parcels. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Some products ship free. Where an item is marked as free shipping on its product page, no shipping charge applies to it.

 

Orders containing products from more than one supplier may be shipped in separate parcels. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

 

We do not currently ship to New Zealand or internationally. If you require international delivery, please contact us at trade@commspartner.com before ordering.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm AEST may be processed the following business day.

 

TRACKING

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your parcel via the carrier's website.

 

DELAYS

 

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high parcel volumes or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at trade@commspartner.com.
