Cut Price Gadgets ("we", "us") is committed to your satisfaction and complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at trade@commspartner.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.

 

HOW TO RETURN

 

Email trade@commspartner.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval - unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

 

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
