Cut Price Gadgets ("we", "us") is committed to your satisfaction and complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cutpricegadgets.com with your order number, description and photo of the fault. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

HOW TO RETURN

Email support@cutpricegadgets.com with your order number and reason for return request. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and returns authorisation number. Do not send items back without prior approval - unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
